In a first of its kind, CorvantaDesk has an inbuilt functionality to track the emails triggered for each function. On the ticketing platform, email is triggered for each and every action/update. It's mandate for the ticket assignee/support technician to keep an eye on their emails. Email tracker facilitates the Admin/Supervisor to take prompt action by reading the status of the email from our application. It gives an update for each email triggered on whether the email was read/unread, so that it helps to quicker resolving of tickets.

A custom report of your ticket status, in an aggregate table for a given customer, gives you the advantage of taking business decisions in one go.
