The domain name, Website and the Apps are owned, registered and operated by Corvanta Analytics, a proprietorship company incorporated under the (Indian) Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at 29, Chamiers Road, Nandana, Chennai, India (hereinafter referred to as “Corvanta Analytics” or “us” or “we” or “our” or “Company”).

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the Corvanta Analytics Platform. The platform shall also include any other service or application that Corvanta Analytics introduces from time to time.
2. Corvanta Analytics Platform is an online platform that supports and guides businesses on their IT Spend. The platform acts as an information aggregator and translator which collects information from the User and expertise available in the public domain, verifies, validates, and translates it into Organized structured information to make it easy for you. Such information uploaded in the Corvanta Analytics Platform shall hereinafter be referred to as “Organized Content”. You agree and acknowledge that Corvanta Analytics has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the source of Content and only acts as an intermediary for sharing available information in a translated visual form. By using the Corvanta Analytics Platform, you expressly relieve Corvanta Analytics from any and all liability arising from the Organized Content.
3. The Corvanta Analytics Platform may include or contain links to any third-party websites that may or may not be owned or controlled by Corvanta Analytics. Corvanta Analytics has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. In addition, Corvanta Analytics will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Corvanta Analytics Platform, you expressly relieve Corvanta Analytics from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website or services. However, we recommend that before you use any third-party service or website you read and understand the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each such website that you visit.
4. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other other rules and policies made available or published elsewhere, Corvanta Analytics hereby grants the you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the Corvanta Analytics Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. You agree and acknowledge that Corvanta Analytics shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Corvanta Analytics Platform, including, but not limited to, the Organized Content, period of availability and the equipment or devices needed for access or use. Further, Corvanta Analytics may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information may change or eliminate any transmission method and may change transmission speeds or other signal characteristics. Corvanta Analytics reserves the right to refuse access to the Corvanta Analytics Platform, terminate Accounts, remove or edit contents without any notice to You.
6. The Analytics report shared by Corvanta Analytics is solely based on the data provided by the User. Analytics report is fully derived from the inputs provided by the User and all the values derived from the report are approximate and Corvanta Analytics doesn’t give any assurance on the insights provided in the report. These insights are purely based on the data shared and from the Industry experience. Hence, the output will vary under different circumstances and Corvanta Analytics doesn’t provide any guarantee or warranty or assurance on the insights shared.

In order to access some of the features of the Corvanta Analytics Platform, you may have to create your account with Corvanta Analytics. You agree and confirm that you will never use another User’s account nor provide access to your account to any third-party. When creating your account, you confirm that the information so provided is accurate and complete. Further, you agree that you are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account, and you shall keep your account password secure and not share the same with anyone. You must notify Corvanta Analytics immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. At no point in time will Corvanta Analytics be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you shall solely be liable for the losses caused to Corvanta Analytics or others due to such unauthorized use, if any.

Corvanta Analytics hereby grants you permission to access and use the Corvanta Analytics Platform as set forth in these Terms and Conditions, provided that:
1. You agree not to distribute any medium in any part of the Corvanta Analytics Platform or the content without Corvanta Analytics prior written authorization.
2. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, “scrapers”, “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that accesses the Corvanta Analytics Platform in a manner that sends more request messages to Corvanta Analytics servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Corvanta Analytics grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Corvanta Analytics reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases at any time with or without providing any notice in this regard. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Corvanta Analytics Platform, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Corvanta Analytics Platform (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any Users of the Corvanta Analytics Platform with respect to the Organized Content.
3. You may post reviews, comments and other content; send other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringement of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any other form of spam. Further, you give Corvanta Analytics limited, royalty free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the Organized Content and communication in developing its Corvanta Analytics Platform and in any of its marketing or promotional activities.
4. In your use of the Corvanta Analytics Platform, you will at all times comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
5. Corvanta Analytics reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Corvanta Analytics Platform at any time with or without notice at its sole discretion.

In addition to the general restrictions mentioned above, the following limitation and conditions shall apply to your use of the Organized Content.
1. Organized Content is provided to you on an AS IS basis. You may access the Content for your information and personal use solely as intended through the provided functionality on the Corvanta Analytics Platform and as permitted under these Terms and Conditions. You shall not download any Organized Content unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed by Corvanta Analytics on the Corvanta Analytics Platform for that Organized Content. You shall not copy, reproduce, make available online or electronically transmit, publish, adapt, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Organized Content for any other purposes other than as provided herein without the prior written consent of Corvanta Analytics or the respective owners of the Organized Content. Corvanta Analytics reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Corvanta Analytics Platform and the Organized Content.
2. You agree not to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Corvanta Analytics Platform or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Organized Content or enforce limitations on use of the Corvanta Analytics Platform or the Organized Content therein.
3. You understand that when using the Corvanta Analytics Platform, you will be accessing Organized Content from variety of sources and by different Counseling authorities, Regulatory boards, educational and legal websites, and that Corvanta Analytics is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such Content. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be exposed to Content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable, and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable rights or remedies you have or may have against Corvanta Analytics with respect thereto, and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corvanta Analytics, its owners, operators, and affiliates, to the fullest extent allowed by law regarding all matters related to your use of the Corvanta Analytics Platform.

1. As a Corvanta Analytics User, you may submit Content on the Corvanta Analytics Platform, including User comments or responses in discussion forums. You understand that Corvanta Analytics does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any content you submit other than the data shared for analytics report
2. You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing such Content on the Corvanta Analytics Platform.
3. You further agree that the Content you submit on the Corvanta Analytics Platform will not contain third party copyrighted material, or material that is subject to other third party proprietary rights, unless you have permission from the rightful owner of the material or you are otherwise legally entitled to post the material and to grant Corvanta Analytics all of the license rights granted herein.
4. Furthermore, you confirm that the Content uploaded by you is not: 1. False, inaccurate or misleading; 2. Infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; 3. Violate any law, statue, ordinance or regulation; 4. Defamatory, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; 5. Obscene or contain pornography. 6. Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.
5. You understand and confirm that you shall not during your use of the Corvanta Analytics Platforms at any time post or publish any content, comments or act in any way which will amount to harassment of any other User. If at any given point it comes to the notice of Corvanta Analytics that you are engaged in any kind of harassment of other Users, then in such a case you agree that Corvanta Analytics shall have the sole right to suspend/terminate your account with immediate effect and without any notice of such suspension or termination and we also reserve the right in our sole discretion to initiate any legal proceedings against you in such cases.
6. Corvanta Analytics reserves the right to remove any Content without prior notice if it has reason to believe that the Content infringes on another’s intellectual property rights, or any copyright.

The Corvanta Analytics Platform, the processes, and their selection and arrangement, including but not limited to all text, graphics, User interfaces, visual interfaces, sounds and music (if any), artwork and computer code on the Corvanta Analytics Platform is owned and controlled by Corvanta Analytics and the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, look and feel and arrangement of such content mentioned hereinabove is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other national and international IPR laws and regulations. Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary, or any proprietary material owned by a third-party and so expressly mentioned, Corvanta Analytics owns all IPR to and into the trademark “Corvanta Analytics”. The mark “ Corvanta Analytics” is the sole property of Corvanta Analytics. Reproduction in whole or in part of the same is strictly prohibited unless used with an express written permission from Corvanta Analytics.

There will be no refund to any of the subscription plans. Corvanta Analytics shall not accept any claim whatsoever for any refund of contributions received, or for provision of services, or access to subscription plans.

When you visit Corvanta Analytics Platform or send email to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By communicating with us, you consent to receive communication from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email, text message updates, or posting notices on Corvanta Analytics Platform. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, disclaimers, offers and other communications that are provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication should be in writing.

Corvanta Analytics will terminate a User’s access to the Corvanta Analytics Platform, if
1. the User is a repeat copyright infringer
2. the Users breaches any terms of these Terms and Conditions
3. User violates any applicable laws
4. your use of the Corvanta Analytics Platform disrupts our business operations or affects any other party/ User; or
5. you have behaved in a way, which objectively could be regarded as inappropriate or unlawful or illegal or which would bring any claims against Corvanta Analytics.
6. Corvanta Analytics reserves the right to decide whether any Content submitted by the user violates these Terms and Conditions without prior notice and in its sole discretion, remove such Content and/or terminate a User's account for submitting such material in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your usage of the Corvanta Analytics platform. Corvanta Analytics, its Officers, CEO, Directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Corvanta Analytics platform and your use thereof to the fullest extent permissible by law. Corvanta Analytics disclaims all warranties, conditions, terms, or representations about the accuracy or completeness of user content or the content of any linked sites to the fullest extent permissible by law, and assumes no liability or obligation for any
(i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of user content or any content on Corvanta Analytics,
(ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Corvanta Analytics platform,
(iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein,
(iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Corvanta Analytics platform,
(v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through the Corvanta Analytics platform by any third party, and/or
(vi) any errors or omissions in any user content or any other content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any user content or any other content that is posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Corvanta Analytics platform.
Corvanta Analytics does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party user content or Corvanta Analytics platform advertised or offered through the Corvanta platform or any other third-party platform.

To the fullest extent authorised by law, Corvanta Analytics, its officers, directors, employees, or agents will not be responsible to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, expenses, or damages of any kind resulting from your use of this website resulting from any
(i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of Content or any other content available at Corvanta Analytics,
(ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our Corvanta Analytics platforms,
(iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein,
(iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Corvanta Analytics platform,
(v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our Corvanta Analytics platforms by any third party, and/or
(vi) any errors or omissions in any user content or any other content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Corvanta Analytics platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Corvanta Analytics is advised of the possibility of such damages.
We recognise that in some jurisdictions, warranties, disclaimers, and conditions may apply that cannot be legally excluded; if this is the case in your jurisdiction, Corvanta Analytics' liability for any claims under those warranties or conditions is limited to either supplying you with the Corvanta Analytics platforms again, to the extent permitted by law.
You clearly recognise that Corvanta Analytics is not liable for user content or third-party libellous, offensive, or illegal behaviour, and that the risk of loss or damage from the foregoing is solely your responsibility. Corvanta Analytics controls and provides the Corvanta Analytics platform from its facilities in India. Corvanta Analytics makes no claims that the Corvanta Analytics platform is suitable or available for use in other countries. Those who access or use the Corvanta Analytics platform from other jurisdiction do so at their own risk and are accountable for handling local laws.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Corvanta Analytics, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
(i) your use of and access to the Corvanta Analytics Platform;
(ii) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions;
(iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right;
(iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party; or
(v) violation of any applicable laws.
This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Corvanta Analytics Platform.

You represent and warrant that you are either over the age of 18 or have legal parental or guardian consent, and that you are fully capable and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as to abide by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please consult your parents or guardians before using the Corvanta Analytics Platform if you are under the age of 18. Corvanta Analytics reserves the right to refuse any User access to the Corvanta Analytics Platforms, or to suspend or terminate access granted to existing registered Users, at any time and for any reason. These Terms and Conditions are included with our Corvanta Analytics Platform so that you are aware of the terms that apply to your use. You recognise that we provided you with a reasonable chance to study and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You accept and recognise that your use of the Corvanta Analytics Platform is governed by the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions posted on the Corvanta Analytics Platform at the time of use.

Corvanta Analytics shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of its obligations if, and to the extent, such failure or delay is caused by events substantially beyond its control, such as acts of God, acts of the public enemy or governmental body acting in its sovereign or contractual capacity, war, terrorism, floods, fire, strikes, epidemics, civil unrest or riots, power outage, and/or unusually severe weather.

These Terms and Conditions are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and terms and conditions for access or usage of the Corvanta Analytics Platform You should not post any information or messages that are, or could be construed as, malicious, defamatory, inappropriate, slanderous, pornographic, or otherwise sexually oriented, or that make attacks on, or otherwise opinions or comments on, any individuals or groups of individuals, educational institutions, or any other entities whatsoever (whether companies, firms, or any other institutions). You also promise not to post any content in a public forum for which you do not have copyrights or other proper authorization. If you do not comply with these rules, your postings may be removed without prior notification to User. To assist in implementing these requirements, the IP address of all posts is logged.

Certain laws require Corvanta Analytics to keep data about the Corvanta Analytics Platform and other personal information in a specific way, and Corvanta Analytics will use all of the information as directed or updated from time to time in accordance with the applicable laws.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Corvanta analytics may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and Conditions and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions Your continuing use of the Corvanta Analytics Platform following any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be interpreted as your approval and acceptance of those changes. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions should be construed as conferring any rights or advantages to third parties

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable, and the legality and enforceability of the other sections will not be affected.Any notice required in connection with the Corvanta Analytics Platform must be in writing and addressed to Corvanta Analytics' registered office.
We cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Corvanta Analytics Platform, and its functioning may be hampered by a variety of causes outside our control.Headings serve simply as a guide and do not define, limit, construe, or explain the scope or breadth of a section. Out failure to act with respect to any breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.

While all purchases are processed in US dollars, payment service provider partnered with Corvanta Analytics may provide an estimated conversion price to currencies other than US dollars. You acknowledge and agree that the pricing displayed during the checkout process is an estimate. Due to potential slight time delays between actual purchase and the payment settlement, the actual price charged may fluctuate. Accordingly, Corvanta Analytics makes no representations or warranties that the actual price will be the same or substantially similar to the actual price You will pay and You waive any and all claims based upon any discrepancy between the estimate and the actual price. In addition, You may be charged VAT or additional off-shore margin and/or fees, based on the country indicated in Your billing address section. Any amounts to be charged will appear during the final payment process.
